Mallory's probably the first person who's ever actually listened to me and concentrated on my neck and shoulders like I asked her to do. It was fabulous. Usually when I ask for that even when I'm asked first if I have any special areas that need attention I get a basic massage. Kudos to Mallory!

Making the appointment was super easy, and communication between the spa and myself prior to the appointment was fabulous. Overall, the atmosphere is chill and relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful with all my questions. My skin feels fantastic
*Updating to add that since my first visit I have had massages with Kristina, Danielle, Taylor and Mallory and they were all wonderful. I don’t think you can go wrong with a massage therapist here - which is something I’ve never found at any other place. I also did the float tank once and it was a very cool experience. I do get overheated easily though, and started to go a little stir crazy, so I got out around the 45 min mark. I was SO thirsty during and after and went through my little cup of water fast! I wish there was a 30 min session option for those of us who may not be able to handle longer sessions.
I had a massage and body treatment with Kristina a few weeks ago and she was absolutely fantastic. If you are someone who needs deep pressure she is your girl. She spent a lot of time loosening the muscles in my upper and lower back, and when I left my occipital and jaw muscles actually were relaxed for the first time in forever. I had forgotten what it felt like to not be stiff as a board but she reminded me. I was sore the next day or so but that’s common with a deep tissue massage.
