Chrissy is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with; she is truly an expert in her field, and so much fun! For each session, she has designed the exercise routine specifically for me - adding more challenging exercises where I’m getting stronger and adapting exercises when I need a bit of help (like for my orthopedic ankle!). I have had great results and Chrissy has cheered me on the whole way. I would 110% recommend her to anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level.
