I have been going for 5 yrs. My dogs don’t mind going at all and they had to literally be carried in to the previous groomer. They are always very patient and good with the dogs and one of them is a very hyper golden doodle.
I have been going here for over 15 years. At first, on occasion, when I could not do it myself, I had my fur baby Kitties groomed here. Always handled with care. Then I started with my puppies. Not small dogs, 65 lb dogs and one now, with disability They have always been loving, caring, and patient with my puppies. My puppies are so excited every time they go there. They even push me out of the car door to be the first one in. They do an awesome job, for reasonable price. As long as we live in this area we will go nowhere else. My pup is somewhat of a "problem-child." The staff is remarkable with adjusting their protocol to accommodate his behavior. Paw Wash Plus has been the only groomer he permits to cut his nails. He is treated well and the staff works with him and not against him, thus making the experience much better for him....and us.
