From the get-go, Travis, the seller, was so helpful—he showed me a sample for my future windows and sliding doors that really helped me picture everything. He answered all the questions that I had. The girls in the office were always super friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole process feel effortless and welcoming. On the big installation day, the team arrived bright and early, and by the afternoon, I was enjoying my beautiful new windows and door! When the inspector from Pinellas County came to check everything out, he mentioned that they always do a fantastic job, which made me feel even better about my choice. Since my windows were installed on December 2, I’ve loved the peace and quiet in my home—no more outside noise! It truly feels like the best Christmas gift I could have asked for. Two months ago, we had Lipton Window and Doors install new sliding glass doors, a hurricane impact side garage door and Astroguard hurricane covering for our front door. The level of customer service and quality of installation is the best in the industry. We were so thankful that 18 months ago they also installed 13 hurricane impact windows and we were prepared for Helene and Milton.
