I called Seth in desperation at 1am, after waiting 4 hours for a service tech from a competitor (Hot To Cold) to show up and calling them multiple times seeking an ETA, to no avail. Seth was kind and patient, asked a few simple questions, and determined I could solve the problem with a few simple tips. He told me to monitor it and call to schedule a visit the next day if needed. I've learned my lesson; next time, I'm calling Seth first.

The air quit working for us on a Saturday around 530 on September 16th. By 9 pm the guys had our air back up and working . Everything works and looks like new . Thank you for your prompt service .

I have honestly had the worst experiences with AC companies. That was until yesterday.... 2 nights ago our AC went out, again. The entire unit was froze up again. We tried to clean the coils however it wasn't draining. This issue we have had since the last company improperly installed the system. At this time we were not having any luck with it. We decided to purchase a window unit & deal with it the next day. On Friday morning I called Garland Air about 8:30am. I spoke to someone who said text him my address.
