We needed a septic tank inspection for a home we have a contract on. We went with Bobs, and Bob called me personally to let me know the crew was on the way. They actually arrived early and had the pumping hoses hooked up when I arrived. David was friendly and professional and Kenny, Bobs grandson, was doing the work. Even though the inspection revealed cracks in the tank, they did not try and sell me a new tank. They just wrote it up and gave me a quote for a new tank. The price was fair and even included a 5% veteran discount. Highly recommended!!
They were absolutely great! Very respectful and kind and will definitely be using them anytime I have issues with the septic! Also very informative on how to clean out the filter! 10/10 great service!
Bob was great came out to the house and fixed the problem right away. Didn’t try to up charge me he actually inspected the septic tank to solve the problem. Will defiantly be using this company again!!!
