The lab on at north bay medical is great!! Both times I’ve gone it’s quick and the staff is so kind and good at what they do. I’m a baby when it comes to getting my blood drawn… but they give me a great experience every time.

As an employee of Baycare who works in direct patient care daily I expect to receive the same level of care that I know I provide to my patients and this lab staff did not disappoint! They we extremely proficient and efficient getting my daughter in immediately and making her feel at ease while acquiring her blood samples. The gentleman named Richard that drew her labs was exceptional at his craft as well as engaged making my teenager feel at ease taking a procedure that isn’t very pleasant and turning it into a customer service experience that will ensure that we make this particular lab the one we will return to for any future no testing.

The gentleman that drew my blood was the same as the few previous blood draws before. I am always happy to see him as he has been the only person to draw from my other arm in many years without blowing the vein. It is a nice relief not to have my blood drawn from the same place every single time as I am sure that I am building up scar tissue there. Kudos to him! I made sure that he knew how delighted I was to see him again and he remembered who I was. That is always a nice change.
