So 1. The address is incorrect, as the appointment reminder messages say 4766.And 2. Why are you scheduling appointments at specific times if we're not going to be seen until 30+ minutes after said appointment and we arrived 15 minutes early?Just to be seen for less than 1 minute.

I give them 3 because I was in there March 13 for a study and is June 26 and they never send it to my Dr(The one who send me there to make me and EMG) is unbelievable, I talk to them and they told me to give them the fax to send it but never did. Is like they don’t know how the system work. Simple you make a study and the results you send it to the Dr who prescribed the study. How difficult could be?

Very fast and helpful. My ride was to get me at 9am never showed up the girls were checking me even help me change my diaper,2 times got me drinks and food for lunch called the insurance telling them that I needed a ride home 8times and the ride company. They are the best crew I ever saw or had would not trade them for anything or anyone else.thank you Bayview girls and Dr.
