The place is not a palace but JOANNE is great. She does my laundry about every two weeks till the storm and I couldnt get it done due to the storm. I am very jappy with how Joanne does my clothes. She is awesome. And I hope they finish with all the people who got flooded so I can get my clothes done .Joanne is a valuable asset to this business.

Kathy is professional, talented, and friendly.

She has laundered my clothes & does an extraordinary job. She is meticulous. Items folded perfectly! Oh, and the wonderful fresh smell!

When I launder my clothes, she is more than willing to answer questions, to assist.

Best laundromat around.

Had a problem with one of the machines and the owner who I called when the problem occured, he was not at the laundromat but very politely and cheerfully answered his phone and told me how to stop the machine and get my stuff, then apologized and offered to refund my money when they reopened the next day and he would be there. He happily refunded me my money when I stopped by the next day and apologized for the inconvenience once again. Very friendly guy, machines work fine, dryers work well :)
