Amazing service. We lost the key to one of our doors. I called AmeriKey and they had someone one site within an hour. I wasn’t able to be on site but they did the rekey service, locked the door for us, and left the keys where we asked. Very trustworthy. What i appreciated the most about the overall service was their communication. Once we were added to the schedule, i got a text from the locksmith with his GPS coordinates letting me know he was in route. I was also able to communicate what door we needed a key for. We have 10+ doors so this is a very important detail. I was able to take a picture of the building, circle the door, and send it via a normal text to the locksmith. Very convenient. Highly recommended service.
