I called Matthew Potter CPA; explained my father's situation. The receptionist scheduled an appointment for him, and Mr. Potter saw him within 3 days. He took his time with my dad, explaining everything to him and most importantly easing his mind. I cant tell you what a relief it was for me to know my dad didnt have to worry anymore about this IRS letter.
