“Our condominium association is almost 50 years old, and the last update was done about 20 years ago. Needless to say, the appearance of the buildings inside and out was dated and needed improving. We have a very talented Building Committee of owners, but felt that adding a professional designer would bring a cohesiveness and integrated design that would yield a great result. We were not disappointed!Amanda met with our Building Committee on several occasions to discuss design considerations and help guide the renovation ideas. The Committee loved Amanda, her insights, and recommendations. Amanda prepared several concept sheets with various options based on the interests of the Committee members as well as her own recommendations. She then obtained samples of the various options for carpeting, wallpaper, paint, hardware, etc. for everyone to look at, and at the same time showed the combination of selections that she recommended. After laying out the samples in the lobbies, building entries, and building exteriors, the Committee chose Amanda’s recommendations.Amanda then prepared final concept sheets for mailing out to our ninety owners for approval. Seventy-four percent of the owners participated in voting (which is a huge turnout for a condominium association), and all but three people voted in favor of Amanda’s design. The excitement and enthusiasm for what Amanda proposed is high, and we are looking forward to the completion of all of the work over the next year!Thank you, Amanda, and your team (especially Brandi) who worked hard to pull all of Amanda’s design concepts together!“

“This guy is great. He engineered an anodized aluminum railing for my condo. We had to get around condo regulations. He made a PERFECT fit removable gate that did not violate the condo's rules. It has been two years. Those aluminum welds are still freakin perfect. Welding aluminum is WAY harder than steel. This business rocks.“
“Bee Tree completed a kitchen renovation for us along with a fireplace reno and it turned out beautiful. The main project coordinator that we worked with was top notch. She was always accessible and had great ideas and perspective to give us on our plans. We could really reach her anytime so we appreciated that. Even after our remodel was complete, when minor issues did pop up (even a year later), they responded to us quickly and came out to resolve the issue. I really wasn't expecting that. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that the project took much longer than originally estimated. There was a worker shortage and this was towards the end of COVID, so that timing wasn't ideal for us. I'm sure that finding good work has been much easier since our project. Had they have stuck to the timeframe as planned, I would rate them 5 star.“
