Despite the cold office, the warmth of the lady's personal heater adds to the comfort. The doctor efficiently addresses skin issues, as seen by the quick disappearance of a rash. A thorough full-body scan and biopsies are done for skin cancer patients, ensuring comprehensive care. Overall, the friendly atmosphere and professional service make it highly recommended.
After reading reviews I was worried about how long my appointment would take but I had a great experience. First off the ladies in this office are wonderful, caring, friendly and took their time to listen to all my concerns and double check anything I was worried about. From the time I walked into the office and until the time I walked out was less than one hour that includes a full body check and biopsies. I’m very impressed and will keep coming back.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would.this definitely the best place to go.. The entire staff is great all the way from the front desk to the back. Josh is truly great at what he does hands down the best along with the entire staff. Thank you for all you have done. This location rock's.
I love the Office and the staff the reason I leave 3 stars is because whoever is on the phone is always in a hurry, can't hear or never listens to what you say. If you call to leave messages or cancel appointments, never gets done.
I can't say the person is rude becase she's not, but if you are not willing to listen and help customers why work answering phones?.
Other than that the doctors are great and the office is really pretty and clean.
