We had a bad external hard drive and Sean was able to transfer that data to a different hard drive when three other companies claimed they couldn't help us. We were in a huge bind and needed that data ASAP. They all referred us to different data recovery companies that would have cost anywhere from $1,000 up to $5,000 not to mention it would've taken weeks to find out if the data was even recoverable. He did it for a fraction of the cost and in only a day! We are so very grateful for his help and hard work, he has earned life long customers and we won't go anywhere else. We highly recommend Sean at Tech Spot!!

My Ipad's touch screen stopped responding. John was responsive, professional, and kind.
He identified the problem and did his best to find the best method forward. While I ended up picking to just replace the ipad, I feel satisfied knowing what the problem was. These guys know what they are doing.

After seeing 71 5-star reviews for Tech Spot in Navarre, I didn't hesitate to bring my Dell PC laptop in for tune-up and diagnosis. It was running very slowly and loading programs with much spinning and idling, yet I couldn't find anything specifically wrong. I brought it in at 3:30 in the afternoon, and Sean (the owner/technician) came out to the front immediately to look at it. I left it overnight and early the next morning, I had a message that it was ready. Sean had cleaned it up, spent time observing the issues, and corrected them in less than 24 hours - wow!
