Amazing and friendly group of guys that are knowledgable and have meticulous attention to detail when troubleshooting products. They provide updates when needed and have good communication w/ any client that comes thru w/ tech issues. I had a hp laptop that wouldn’t turn on (never getting HP again) and a Phat PS3 that had the YLOD that they were able to free the blu-ray disc that was held hostage. If you’re unsure that they’re unable to complete any tech issue for you, just ask them! They’re easy to speak with.

I needed my older macbook air screen repaired and I called them to see if they could help. They gave me a quote over the phone and told me for the price I could get a refurbished one. (in this particular case). I appreciated their help and honesty. Will use them in the future just because they were honest and helpful!
