Called SEC to inspect a shingle issue. I couldn't get my original roof contractor to call me back. SEC sent someone out in a couple of days to inspect the area and during the inspection found several problems from faulty installation. We reviewed the photos and video and decided to fix them all. Within just a few days they returned and fixed everything. They gave me before and after photos. Very impressed with their professionalism and quick response.
From beginning to end SEC exceeded all expectations. Communication was prompt and clear with no surprises. Work was done exactly as scheduled and cleanup was awesome. So pleased we went with SEC (and they were the lowest estimate as well)
