In 2016, we contracted with Piers Plus to build our seawall and dock and to remove the spoils that had fallen into the canal from the failure of the previous seawall. They built the seawall and dock, but never completely removed the spoils. I had to contact a different company to come in and complete the project.With the major rains we recently had, the seawall and dock failed! Everything has shifted approximately 3 feet and I will now have to completely rebuild the work that they did.

The worst customer service experience. We had someone out to our house to give an estimate to fix a boat lift months ago by this company. We were told they'd have the estimate to us shortly. Despite numerous phone calls and folks telling us "oh yeah we'll send it", we still can't get the estimate sent to us. It has now been over 3 months. We have called now maybe 5 times (three in the last few weeks), and they are simply unresponsive. I'd like to say maybe the phone number is wrong on their site, but I've talked to others and they have not had good luck with this company either. I had a dock constructed only 7 months ago, the total dock was destroyed from the Sally storm. The owner told me when the project was complete that it would be there for 20 years. I also found pylons that were only set in place on the first section not even in the ground at all. All the pylons cross members had one bolt securing them so they just started rotating back and forth and then came all apart. I had to hire a tractor Operator to retrieve all the pylons and dock sections out of my neighbors property.
