I called this company as several local people were suggesting them as a good honest company. And I am so happy i did. They will be the only people I call from now on with my ac needs. It's a long story where someone else messed up and now our AC requires a pricey repair. While Boggs suggested to try and workout this issue with the original person who worked on it, they did not just leave our family with 2 small kids in a hot house. They took their time to get us a new blade and installed it so we can have AC while we figuring out what to do. They DID NOT charge us anything for their precious time, work, or even the part. My dated HVAC system went down on one of the hotter days of the year. I called Boggs and spoke to Eric. The techs came out right away and replaced my fan motor and capacitor and got me back up within hours of the failure. Brent and Logan were personable, took the time to explain what they were seeing and provided multiple quotes for replacement systems when im ready to tackle that. They did great quality work and went above and beyond. If you need HVAC service or replacment, don't look any further. Shop local and call Boggs.

Air conditioning: we had air conditioning service today by Boggs and were very satisfied. Previously we had the capacitor replaced by another company, and they had left it in its cardboard box. This wasn't good, as the cardboard box might have held moisture (causing condensation), but also, the capacitor in its box might have overturned and caused additional issues. Boggs properly attached the capacitor, only charging us the $72 a/c checkup fee (military rate). He also discovered several missing screws on the outdoor unit (the knocking is finally gone). And Brent answered every question we had. Very polite. Very professional. Family business.
