Class was amazing, thank you Chris! The owner Mark Woods is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As for Kim, she is a total nightmare to deal with. She has no tact and has no idea how to treat and talk to people with respect. I only give it 3 stars because unfortunately Kim is the one you have to deal with, for the most part, on the phone.

I highly recommend the Captain School Key West or their sister program Captain School Miami. The registration process is seamless, and the instructors were VERY GOOD at explaining the material, friendly, and patient with students. They were happy to explain things multiple times in different ways so that students would truly understand and grasp the material. It's obvious these folks do this because they love what they do. 10/10 would go again and highly recommend them!

Well they saved me a lot of wasted money in my 30 second call. The first call didn't seem to go through so I called back to be greeted by a crazy Kim who immediately reprimanded me for calling 3 times. I only called twice as if that matters. She told me I shouldn't be calling her and I just interrupted her conversation with her mom! She did me a great service though because I quickly decided if she's that bad in 30 seconds for no reason I don't need to do business with her! All I wanted to do was get more information and sign up for my 100T. She finished with I'm not interested in your business and hung up.
