We ran into a situation with our home in Seffner with the roof and Gerald went more than 150% to work with us and even met with several adjusters that came out. Our roof needed to be replaced immediately. We were worked into the schedule and the roof was installed in less than a week. EHS went over and beyond to provide excellent customer service to us.
