According to reviews, the company goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. The supervisor kept customers informed throughout the entire process, answered questions, and was always available whenever needed. Customers report that he responded to texts and emails almost immediately, and they never felt like just another customer. Having work done on a home can sometimes be stressful, but Whitted Inc. made the entire experience easier than expected. The company did what they said they would do, treated customers with respect, and made them feel valued. On the day of shingle replacement, the crew took the time to carefully protect the areas around the home with tarps before starting the work, and at the end of the day the supervisor was on-site making sure the property and surrounding areas were completely clean and free of roofing materials and nails. The crew worked hard, and the roof looks great. Customers truly appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail, and care shown for their property. One customer reports that an inspection found a lot of storm damage, and the company helped file a claim through homeowners insurance, saving $23k with only a $1,000 deductible paid after the job was completed. Customers highly recommend Whitted Inc. for any roofing job and are extremely grateful for the excellent experience from beginning to end.
