About Walmart Supercenter
Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of products, including groceries and clothing. Customers can shop online and choose from options like same-day delivery for Walmart+ members or free pickup. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards and offers an Express Pickup service for a fee. Walmart emphasizes freshness for its grocery items, with a guarantee and the option to select a pickup time. Trained associates hand-pick the groceries, and customers can track their order status through the Walmart Grocery app. However, some customers have reported negative experiences. Parking can be challenging, and checkout lines are often long due to a high number of self-checkout lanes and a lack of employee assistance. Additionally, a customer described an incident of theft at the store, suggesting the implementation of measures like receipt scanners at exits to deter such incidents.
The customer service in this store is very good. I frequent the bakery twice a month to get donuts for my HOA. I’m from Colo, and I have never been treated with such respect and kindness back home. At this bakery, they make me feel like I am their only customer.
It's Walmart, so you can expect only so much. My biggest pet peeve with the Mt Dora Walmart, no pun intended, is how often I see pet dogs, not service dogs, in people's carts, even though it's supposedly not allowed per store policy signs. There just doesn't seem to be any enforcement at all. See photos.
Too many self-checkouts are open and not enough with people checking you out only two registers would have had people in about 25 that didn't I will not use self-checkout I'm disabled left my stuff in the basket and went home
