I Always have the best experience here. I’m not sure who does the hiring but I’ve always had the most personable, knowledgeable technicians. Lane was my technician today and I wish I owned a business, because I would hire him for myself! Easy conversation, focused, polite, and efficient. It’s rare anymore to get such treatment. This experience definitely beats the hassle of the dealership. I’ll keep coming back.
I’ve been coming here for years but I just wanna give a shout out- customer service is always great.. but last week I came in right before closing time and I was getting an oil change well while they were doing that they saw that something else was messed up ( I had seen the engine light come on and off a few times but didn’t even mention it to them) when I tell you I had like 5 guys PLUS the manager out there trying to help fix my car.. it’s Christmas and I’m a new mom….they fixed my car and I just feel so blessed.
