Surface Salon offers a gorgeous and friendly atmosphere with comfortable chairs and shampoo sinks. Clients appreciate the salon's ability to fit them in and the amazing experiences they have. One client loved the product used on their tangles. While one client experienced hair breakage and damage from products after a color blocking service, and felt ghosted, other clients report fabulous haircuts and processes. The salon is described as having a young, fun vibe, welcoming to all ages, with Imre highlighted as a favorite hairstylist.

The salon is GORGEOUS. The chairs are so comfortable. I loved coming here. It was peaceful and friendly.
Juliette did a fantastic job color blocking my past my waist length hair for over a year. Unfortunately the products that were used caused the blonde to break off and fall out. I had to cut it off because of the damage and had had a couple of appointments to start the management process but I just got ghosted. Maybe she was overwhelmed at me losing a good 2 feet of hair. Haircuts and processes were fabulous, maybe the products weren’t the best, idk, I’ve been blonde with other stylists and never lost my hair so I’m not sure what the problem was but now...read full review
Imre is my favorite hairstylist, and I have followed her for several years. This salon has a young, fun vibe despite the fact that a good quarter of us are older. The shampoo sinks are extra comfortable.
