From the moment I interacted with Melanie at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and informative, I felt at ease about what to expect. The atmosphere was cozy as we walked towards the back, illuminated by soft lighting. We were fortunate to share the same room, lying on clean, comfortable, and adjustable heated beds. Before the session began, Brendan, and my boyfriend's massage therapist, asked us about our preferences and areas of focus. After that, we were given privacy to change, and as a plus-size woman, I was initially apprehensive, but Brendan made me feel safe and at ease, showcasing his professionalism. We enjoyed a hand, feet, and scalp treatment along with the introductory massage. I also want to give a shout-out to Jessica, the manager, who was absolutely delightful, offering us dinner recommendations for our anniversary and ensuring we were well taken care of.
