Two years ago, Pipeline Mechanical installed an A/C unit I purchased from Lowe's. I entered into a Maintenance Agreement with them this year and I'm glad I did. For the very most part, their staff is very professional, courteous and helpful when answering questions on how to properly take care of the A/C unit.While the relationship hasn't been totally problem free, I still chose to use them because they were willing to admit, apologize and correct their scheduling mistake.Great people and company!

Very impressed with their service, had my a/c fixed in less than 24 hours and their technicians were very professional, they even took the time to give us some tips on how to save $$$ and energy. Will call them again.
