Our pediatrician did not have any available appointments for our 5 year old who has autism, but recommended going to urgent care. We made a reservation for Centra Care and when checking in my husband explained that due to autism our son was unable to wait for long periods so we would not be waiting in the waiting room. The staff were able to get him in very quickly and provided a sensory toy for him to hold. Shinumol Sabu, APRN, saw us and was wonderful with our son. She was patient, kind, and kept the appointment quick so that we could be in and out as quickly as possible.
Super fast and very kind people here! Love you guys, thanks for taking care of me while I’m away from home. Infected tooth would have gotten much worse if not for y’all. Thanks again!
Very friendly and efficient staff. My partner and I have both had great experiences here. I started to panic during my visit and the doctor was very kind and patient with me while I calmed down.
