Great customer service — courteous and fast too. No requirements for appointments! Processed my Bill of Sale in less than 5 minutes.Kudos to Jefferson County Tax Collector’s office staff.
Had to get my title and registration. Was in Tallahassee and they don’t accept walk-ins. Went to Monticello and walked right in, no line, lady came right out and verified my VIN. Then we went back in and she got the one page paperwork to fill out, I paid my fee, and I was out! Took not even twenty minutes!! The customer service was also excellent!!
I've never had a better experience at a tag office! Terrence was so nice, helpful, and explained everything I wanted to know. I'll never go anywhere else. Everyone there were just so polite, very nice people!
