Coby was quick to respond and set me up with an appointment exactly when I needed him and didn’t have to wait for an appointment. He was extremely professional and even went above and beyond when my insurance company had follow up questions. The service we received from Freedom Home Inspection has been the best we have EVER received from any inspection company. And we have had many over the years. They were extremely kind and very professional. We were impressed from the first call, speaking with them on the phone. And then came the report. WOW! We received the most detailed report that I have ever seen with SUPERB color photos that were taken throughout the home. We were completely blown away. This is the type of service we saw 40 years ago. Thank you, Coby for the AMAZING work you did and the detailed report. And thank you, Amber for your professional demeanor and kindness.

There are so many stresses involved with purchasing a home, it is good to know there is a company that helps take away the stress of inspections. Working with Coby Sherman, I had full confidence in the house we bought. He was very attentive to making sure the house was unlocked bro pat and even found some issues that needed addressing prior to closing. I highly recommend the company and Coby if you are in the market and need someone to make sure your hard earned money isn’t going to waste on a house that needs a lot of work.
