Alex did my lashes…she is very professional, knowledgeable and informative. The booking process on the website was a breeze, all instructions/details were clear. Definitely a great environment, great service and I love the way my lashes came out and retention has been great 🤌🏾!! I actually found them while searching for a lash tech in this area and came across all of their great reviews.
The appointment with Alex started in the DM. She is very eloquent and professional. The day of the appointment she made sure to check up on me and send me location. Walked into a very relax, serene and smelling good studio. She wears a mask and gloves at all times. I love my first time doing my brows. Never thought I hoped with the way they were looking before that it would be shaped this beautiful. Check my picture. Book a service you will love your new look.
I found out about Kai from a friend who has been going to her for years and I see why! I needed rescuing on my very first visit with her after an unfortunate outcome with my first set of lash extensions at another company.
Kai was so patient and took time to gather information even before touching my lashes and then educate me while removing them. We decided my lashes weren’t strong enough for a new set that day and she had no problem rescheduling me. I really appreciated the excellent care and customer service that I received that day.
My new set was exactly what I wanted, light, airy and natural looking!
