David Arias of KP Kitchens is pure gold. I have been in the interior design business for many years and needed quartz counters for a kitchen. I was all set to use KP Kitchens when i decided to check the online reviews. They were not all that good. I told David I couldn't proceed because I was unhappy with the reviews. David then gave me a list of 20 customers and, believe it or not, I called most of them - and each one was thrilled with the work. So I decided to take a chance with David. It was the best decision I could've made! He did a fantastic job. His work was absolutely perfect. The counters were delivered quickly, custom cut and neatly installed, and simply gorgeous. I had to write a review because a few of the negative ones were not quite justified. I requested a quote for a style that they had. It took me a year to follow through and complete the order and job. This has been a busy year for me. And yes the product became unavailable for both the cabinets and counter tops. Disappointed maybe, but I also compared them with other vendors in the Pembroke area. They all changed vendors and stones often. The housing market is up and down and the building product mfgr will close and open shop accordingly. (I am an electrician) K&P was the only one to offer me a better alternative, personal service and flexibility. This especially so since I started work all the way in San Francisco California Although I did most of the work the whole staff was sincere and straight foreward with the quote, the posibilitis, the stone work. I am very happy with my kitchen and the project met my budget, style and the purpose of a more functional kitchen. Thanks and I'll will recommend K&P to any one. Just communicate well with them at all times for a perfect job. It is a lot of work after all.
