Receptionist is cold and rude. No greeting. Immediately asked “What do you want done” and upon leaving no “thank you”. We were celebrating a birthday and 4 of us had a mix of nails/pedicures. After paying I was told “You're all set”…. Rude. The nail technicians were nice, efficient, and all 4 of our nails were lovely, but what a terrible face for the business.
Went to Payton for a facial and eyebrow wax and she is just the best. So professional and the space was very clean! She talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!
