“After a horrible experience at another salon a year and a half ago where my hair was severely damaged, fried off, and gradually fell out and broke off in thousands of different lengths — including spots where it fell out at the root — I honestly never thought I would feel like myself again. My hair had been long my entire life, so losing it was genuinely traumatic. My confidence completely changed, my lifestyle changed, and I became terrified to trust anyone with my hair again. When I reached out to Megan Wages, I explained everything to her and warned her about the challenge ahead if she decided to take me on as a new client. Instead of being intimidated, she confidently accepted and immediately made me feel comfortable. We started with a consultation, then highlights a few days later, and two days after that she installed my extensions. First of all… the COLOR. Absolutely stunning. My highlights are gorgeous and blend perfectly with my extensions. Everything looks seamless, natural, healthy, and flawless. Megan truly has an eye for color and detail. But what impacted me the most was the amount of care and effort she poured into me as a client. This woman stood on her feet for SEVEN HOURS straight installing my extensions without taking a break… while being 6 months pregnant. And when we realized I needed more fullness around my face than what we originally ordered, she literally went out to her car and brought back extensions she had been saving for herself for months because she hadn’t had time to install them yet. Without hesitation, she used her own extensions in my hair just to make sure everything looked perfect. That moment told me everything I needed to know about Megan’s character. You can find talented hairstylists. But finding someone genuinely selfless, caring, passionate about their work, and willing to go above and beyond for a client the way Megan did is incredibly rare. “Pin Up Girls Hair Studio is the place to go! My stylist, Jeannie, is also one of the owners and she is the BEST!!! I absolutely adore her. When I came to see her I was really in a bad place with my hair. She listened to my concerns and agreed that the Brazilian Blowout would correct all of my issues.The Brazilian Blowout is phenomenal and worth every penny. I can run my fingers through my hair and it's so soft. It only takes me 5-10 minutes to do my hair.My hair was dark brown, now it's light brown with beautiful blonde highlights.
