I called them this morning and explained the problem with my washing machine. Instead of wasting my time and charging me an inspection fee they advised me that with the age of the machine and the cost of the parts I would be better off just purchasing a new machine. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely be calling them back with any appliance needs in the future.
Jason at Emerald Coast is amazing. We are having a family reunion at my daughter’s home in FL and the dryer isn’t working. Every appliance service I called is booked until the end of next week, but Jason called me back to ask about the dryer issue. After going through some diagnostic questions, he was able to determine that it was a lint clog in the vent and he took time to walk me through a solution I could do on my own until someone could come and clean out the vent. He also gave me a contact for a business who does the clean-out. Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend Jason at Emerald Coast Appliance Service
