I'm a little biased since this is my company, although I am a little upset that I (new logo) am not featured in these pictures...i'll have to talk to someone about this. But on a serious note these guys at cooling services do great work, i highly recommend them. Frank is our lead technician and is a great source for AC knowledge and if you have time he is willing to share it all with you=) Please ask him to leave once he has your system up and running again so we can tend to other customers=)

This company fraudulently or negligently installed a near 8 year old condenser unit that they misrepresented at our home in Grayton Beach. It was also a 3.5 ton condenser unit connected to a 3 ton air handler (ups!!). Then after we brought it to their attention the owner, Chad, would not return our call and the company would not take back the condenser. Caught red handed and still would not refund our money and take back the condenser!! The house management company, Rivard also had no luck with them. This is regarding Cooling Services Invoice #6315. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs. Nancy Davis Grayton Beach

Cooling Services installed an 8 year old condensor unit at our house in Grayton beach knowingly and intentionally after telling us it was 3 years old. Condensor units only last 7 or 8 years at the beach! We brought it to their attention and they still would not take it back or credit us!! They are a dishonest and fraudulent business. They told us on numerous occasions that we needed to replace our Air handler HVAC system (for $3500) due to dirt in the coils. We contacted another HVAC company that came out and cleaned the coils out for $50, that's all it needed! This second HVAC company said that it should last another 10 years. -SD
