Josh did a great job working on the installation of new system in my sisters house. They even took the time to make sure all connections were not leaking on final fire up of unit. It is working great cooling the home and can tell it was sized correctly.

Josh most probably prevented a home fire when he noticed the power disconnect attached to the side of the house was making a sizzling noise and was smoking. He discovered the pullout had melted to the case because one leg of the house power had shorted enough to overheat the connector. He replaced the disconnect (in a driving rain) and ensured it was done right. All's good now. Thanks Josh.

Great company.
