Front desk SUPER professional and polite. PA Tanner has appointment availability. Website allows you to schedule after initial visit. However, getting someone on the phone can be difficult like in most medical practices these days.

I’ve been a patient for years now. It’s taken a while to get a skin problem under control but after trying all the insurance accepted treatments, he finally turned to an EXPENSIVE biologic that absolutely has worked so far. His staff worked with insurance to cover the astronomical cost. I couldn’t be happier and more thankful!!! Scheduling is fast and easy. Staff is friendly and attentive. Front desk (Velda) gets you in and out. Dr. Johnston cares about all your dermatological concerns but mostly concerned about your health . Great location in Miramar Beach. Can’t ask for more.
Great patient service upon arrival. Paperwork was quick and easy. I was greeted after paperwork and quickly and brought to the exam room. Both Dr. Johnson and his assistant were very professional. The skin exam took about 10 minutes and we were done.
