This was a great condo for the 2 years I lived here. My unit was very clean, updated and well maintained. 98 Realty and Property Management is a well run company. They were very responsive to any issue or questions that I had. Which wasn't many. My place was priced well and in a great location. I wish every management company were as responsive and easy to work with as Beth and 98 Realty & Property Management.

Seth and 98 realty are a fantastic property management team. As a contractor, they are always on top of maintenance on their properties and never try to cut corners, keeping tenants and homeowners in safe environments. I would highly recommend their services if you want to keep your property in great shape and have stress free renting.
