The technician who came out was on time and very quick to listen. The issue I had was with a Tesla charger displaying a code. After an hour of searching for the problem, he didn't find anything. However, he did tighten the outlet's screws, which I think may have been the problem because it hasn't happened again since. Thank you for the help and the fair cost.
We had a great experience using RICS Electric's service. Vilmos was very professional, efficient and sincere. We had a bunch of issues with our light, fan switches and smoke detectors. And he managed to trouble shoot and fix them under just a couple of hours. Also, he gave us his honest opinion that we should switch out the old fan in the bathroom ourselves, since no electrician work is required there. This is our first time engaging RICS and we are very satisfied with the work. We will definitely choose RICS again. Highly recommended.
We had a networked smoke detector that was going off about every two hours. We had tried all the logical stuff, like replacing the batteries, etc. We called and made an appointment with RICS Electric.
Vilmos, from RICS Electric, was here as scheduled. He was courteous, professional, and explained his troubleshooting plan.
He discovered that one of the smoke alarms was not working correctly and that he would need to get us a new smoke detector and he would be back. Which is what he did.
