Finally a company I can rave about! It's been a seamless process from the first call with the efficient and polite office staff, through the expeditious roof repair with the on time, professional, and respectul Walberto! I even received a follow up from the owner! He and his team are amazing and surpassed my expectations!
Hugo García arrived at the house promptly. Proceeded to inspect where the water appears to be leaking. He seemed knowledgeable and diligent. Explain clearly to us his opinion and was receptive to questions.
My husband and I recently had our roof replaced by OCR (Oveido-Clermont Roofing). The entire process from start to finish was outstanding. Rich Moriarty, the owner, met with us at our house at a time that was convenient for us. He took his time, explained our roofing options and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed. In fact, whenever he stopped by, whether it was for a check or some other reason he always came in and spent a few minutes with us.
