Once again, 5 Star work by the team at Bill's. They never gave up solving an issue with the Samsung circuit board and sensor. Taylor made multiple calls to tech support at Samsung and discovered the issue was a circuit board quality issue at the factory. They then figured out the fix and got the unit running. Many contractors would have charged me for their time and just given up. Not these guys!! Thanks Taylor, Chris, and Eric.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Mack came 1st thing next day, was very polite and knowledgeable. Fixed issue in 10 minutes that another company wanted to replace a $1600 part that wasn't broken. When you find someone that is honest and reliable you stick with them and that's Bills AC. By the the way our cost ended up only being $130!

I am so grateful for Bills! After being without AC for 24 hours and being stood up by the previous company we were working with I called and spoke to Chris. Within an hour someone was here and my AC is finally working. Highly recommend!!
