The team of Mike and Brannon of Titan sunrooms did an outstanding job on my deck roof system. It was impressive to watch. My initial experience with Titan started off a bit rocky. What I can now say nearing the completion of the project is that the quality of their product is extremely solid and am confident it will hold up against the elements. I would also add that my overall expeience with everyone from the sales team, general manager, and the on-site building specialists is that they listen and truly do care, genuinely great people. We are all human and will fall short of expectations at times, but Titan's ability to recognize an area of opportinity, openly accept feedback, and take corrective action should be recognized. I have no doubt that they are committed to their customers and take great pride in what they do.
