Wasn't impressed. After I got home and into better light found some mistakes. Tried to fix them and that didn't turn out well. So a #3 and start over. Won't be going back.
Great haircut as usual. Doing the MVP allows me to get a haircut in the middle of the day without having to head home to wash all the hair clippings off before going on to the next thing I have on the day’s agenda.
Gotta say I’m disappointed with my visit today. Joined the lineup on the app @ 10:32 and received a quoted time of 45-55 minutes. While shopping nearby with my family I got an unexpected update saying my stylist would be ready in 15min. I arrived a minute or two after my expected time so I was passed over. No big deal as my status wasn’t “in store” at the time. While waiting my turn, a father and son come in. One was waiting for the same stylist as me. She finished up and I was next. Some other guest then stands up (who was in line after me), and says to my stylist, do you just wanna take the little guy so he can be done with his dad. I appreciate the gesture...read full review
