communication is lacking. if I didnt reach out I didn't get any updates on service during the 6 weeks they had my jeep. its nice they have a text communication if they would just use it properly. it took time to diagnose the issue and there should be someone in charge of daily updates to customers during this process. received a loaner vehicle because it was under warranty but that should have been offered at the beginning not when I requested 3 weeks into service.

Customer Service SUCKS. They never called to update me on the status of my truck which they had for over a week (I had to call them even after they said they would get back with me). How hard is it to keep your Customers in the loop? This is the 2nd time I had my new truck in for service. The first time it was in for over 2 weeks to diagnosis a problem with my clock. I had to keep calling them for updates. I ended up taking my truck back because they couldn't tell me how long it would take to fix it. Luckily I was able to fix the problem myself with a simple software update.
