From first phone call to discuss flooring options, on site measuring and price quote, to ordering materials, tearing out old carpet, prepping and job completion took only 7 days! Eric and Laura are extremely friendly, professional, and punctual. Their pricing is highly competitive and fair with no surprise fees. My home got a much needed update to look and smell like new. CALL PROFESSIONAL FLOORS LLC BEFORE GOING ELSEWHERE! Eric was quick to return my quote request and was able to offer me a fair price after inspecting our floors within the same day. He even worked with me to save money by sourcing flooring products and offered sound professional guidance on some work I wanted to accomplish myself beforehand.

We have had the pleasure of working with Eric and Laura now twice in our house for glue down engineered hardwood for a total of about 1200 sf. They are very professional, fairly priced, provide great communication throughout, and most of all - their work is outstanding!
