Purchased a closet system. Salesman has CAD and after several iterations maximized the space and had an excellent design. Installers presented neat, clean, and professional. They cleaned up everything without me reminding or asking. Customer service is top-notch with the office staff and PMs. They were able to meet my timeline. Everyone and everything in the process was superior, to include excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company, and I had their competitors product in previous home is this is simply superior in all aspects. Maybe a little more expensive, but worth it in all aspects.
Mike and Leah installed 3 impact windows on the south side of our home. They were very professional in getting the job done. I was especially pleased Leah, after installing the first window, when she was inspecting everything she had done, she discovered afterwards one of the latches on the side of the window was put in backwards when it came from the company who makes the windows. These were installed during the peak of the summer, and I expect most home improvement companies were very busy at that time, including the companies who make the windows. I had my front door and storm doors replaced, both front and back, fiberglass, the guys came out and removed and installed the new doors, a few little issues at first but everything was fixed to my complete surprise, The salesperson who visited us was extremely honest and up front and that is what I paid for, they got the job done quickly and returned to make sure I was satisfied.... I would hire them again in a heartbeat, yeah I paid more than desired but the job was done as I had asked to be done, I'm a bit nit picky to say the least but yeah LET MAJORS DO IT !!!!!!!! Well worth the money.
