We had our home built in Milton Fl, finished in 2010. I have nothing but positive comments about this builder. Holly and Joe were WONDERFUL to work with. My home was everything I dreamed of. I worked on the floor plan, every aspect of the kitchen cabinets, flooring---everything, for several years before presenting my plans to this company. It turned out to be a masterpiece. Anyone who visited our home oohed and aahed. My best friend said it was the most beautiful home she had ever seen! Anyone who left negative comments apparently didn't know what they wanted or were unable to communicate properly. If possible I would give 10 stars!

I had to write this after seeing a 1-star review for this company. Joe and his crew build a 2-story detached garage for me when I moved to Pace. I've had dozens of people ask about my garage over the years that I've been here. Joe and his crew were great, and I'd recommend them to family and friends. I was comfortable enough to leave the house unlocked when I wasn't there so that they could use the bathroom if needed. They did a great job and had everything organized and clean at the end of every day. If you have gone thru the process of building a house, you can tell the ones that care compared to the others. I had no issues at all with Joe.He even let me borrow his tractor and box blade while it was still on the property to level the last 1/3 acre of my yard that DR Horton didn't clear so I could sod it.
