Brent was great. Polite and courteous. The 5 stars is for the technician. For the company ..My only complaint and it has happened 3 years in a row is that the corporate office is scheduling appointments without contacting the homeowners to see if the date is compatible. I even left a note with the payment explaining what has happened over the past few years and still the same thing happened. I have used Florida pest control since 2009 and since they sold out to the new company they have broke the connection between the local office and the home owner. My technician was the most professional person to work at our house in a very long time. He was through, neat. He cleaned up and straightened up everything he worked around. His personality represented your company in best most professional and courteous manner.
