East Bay Landscaping cuts grass in the town home community I live in, one day a rock shattered a window in my wife’s car (they’re forced to trim close to parked cars). They immediately knocked on the door and informed us of the damage. Owner called and we had a new window in a few days - all paid for by them.
We didn’t hire them directly, but I wouldn’t hesitate to give them my business after the honesty/integrity they displayed.
I received lawn care from East Bay Landscaping for about a year. At first I had no issues with them. They always showed up as promised and delivered an adequate product. That being said, they are WAY overpriced compared to their competition in town.
Water has been a consistent issue on our property since the day we purchased it. So much so, that we lost a massive oak tree that was sitting in a foot of water during Hurricane Sally. Although we had hired 2 separate contractors to fix the issues with no success, the 3rd time was definitely a charm. East Bay Landscaping and Irrigation came out and converted what was once known as the Pit of Misery into a resort style oasis!! They completely understood the nature of our water issue and designed a perfect solution to move the water off or our property and give us a beautiful planter in the process.
