I can’t thank Doug enough for being so dependable and honest with me. He fixed the leaks in my roof that supposedly was fixed by the original roofing company. Doug took pictures of the leaks and was very thorough with explaining what needed to be done. Highly recommended!!
My daughter’s roof was leaking and it was only 5 years old. The company that put on the roof was not at first returning our calls or emails. We reached out to Doug and Faith. They called and said that Doug would come out and inspect it and let us know what is happening. In the meantime the other roofing company said they would come out and check it. He did come and told us a story that did not go along with the city permit that they pulled in 2021 at time roof was replaced and inspected by city. This was a addition to an existing shed. Faith was excellent in setting up a time to install my roof on the addition. This was a small job and new construction and needed the roof on quickly. Doug made contact the day I called and came out the next day. I was surprised DAC put me on the schedule so quickly. Plus their estimate was 20% less than the company who replaced the roof to the house three years ago. Plus DAC performed more work than the other estimate. The two guys Dimas and Orleans who came out were excellent workers.
