Dennis was phenomenal all throughout the process, but all at once Sally hit and he replaced our entire HVAC. However it had a broken part that made it sound like a car was running in our house. Well we contacted him he said it was faulty and he would order another one. Well it was in right around Sally the hurricane I have all the communication between the two of us. He was coming to fix that part and put another part on that made our heater work it was missing when he installed it. No big deal. Installed new equipment inside and out. Great price and work. They went above and beyond with several issues arising from my older house and did so without charge or complaint. I would recommend these folks to everyone.
